Comparison of a Few Paintings about Macbeth
Hey there! While checking for the paintings of Macbeth, I've realized that some of them painted Macbeth as a hero, a courageous man who is able to defeat vile enemies. The pictures like below, seem to represent Macbeth as if he is a good Monarch.
However, I think Macbeth is not that much of a heroic person, nor a courageous or a good Monarch. Therefore, in my opinion, paintings like below reflect the personality and characteristics of Macbeth better.
