Rich and Poor Countries

Hi guys,
After watching the video that compares the rich and poor counties, I observed that the gap between the rich and poor ones are very big. While in a rich counter one can earn 100.000$ per year, in poor countries people generaaly earn less than 3$ a day. This occasion automatically affect the enhancement of a specific country which is important. However, it is not a fact that a country will always remain rich or poor. Therefore, understanding the positive things that rich countries perform is vital in growing respect. To find out these facts one should know the factors that affect the growth of a country that are
-Institutions
-Culture
-Geography.
 These are all broad topics that widely influences the current condition of a country. Therefore, in order to increase the life of standard of a country all these facts should be undertaken to consideration and fixed if poosible
